Learn about the Enneagram as a tool to...
?   Be more effective in my personal and work relationships
?   Discover how to live life to the full and find inner contentment
?   Learn about my personal ‘stress triggers’’ and how to overcome them

A two day workshop led by Sarah Wilson

Discover and appreciate more about yourself with the help of the Enneagram model.  This two day workshop will introduce the Enneagram’s unique and insightful way to explain and access previously hidden qualities in ourselves and to consider ways we limit ourselves.    It will take you on a gentle, non-judgemental but challenging path to self development.     There is a strong emphasis on how we grow and develop through our new understanding so those who attend should be curious about themselves and others and be willing to embrace change.    Along with those real ‘ah’ moments you will experience on the workshop you will take away practical tools to ensure you can continue your journey of personal growth and transformation.

The model’s holistic approach enables us to have richer and more fulfilling lives by teaching us to engage in life through our thoughts, feelings and actions.

During the workshop there will be explanations of how the Enneagram works together with discussion, practical exercises and laughter with others.   Sarah brings a relaxed and inclusive approach.  You can expect to come away with first hand experience of people who share the same and different places of the nine personality types of the Enneagram.

This ancient model for personal and spiritual growth comes from 16th century Sufi times and is still widely in use around the world today.   It is used in personal, work and religious contexts.     The workshop is held at Shepherd’s Dene owned and run by the Church of England but it is a secular workshop open to those of any faith or no faith.  It is suited to those who come for personal or work reasons or both!

During the workshop there will be time for relaxation and enjoyment of the environment, as well as good food and good company!
