any day or residential event and invite you to make a small donation.

EVENTS
Our programme for 2012 covers the period from September 2011 onwards. It boasts 42 retreat and events includes traditional silent retreats as well as activity weeks and holidays. Retreat leaders include Angela Ashwin, Rt Revd Mark Bryant, Kathy Galloway. Sara Maitland. Geoff Miller and Di Williams. There are also some special events to mark the 10th anniversary of the labyrinth at Shepherds Dene.
We have to charge an economic rate for events at Shepherds Dene but are keen to involve people from all walks of life and may occasionally be able to offer a bursary or other way of taking part in our activities in special circumstances.
If you’ve ever wondered what it is like to go on a retreat, here’s the story of one of the participants who attended “Take off your shoes: A retreat to explore the practice of prayer ” led by the Revd Alison White in September 2009.
